About modification of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine

Bring in item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 26, 2014 No. 671 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 97, Art. 2796; 2016, No. 85, Art. 2781; 2017, No. 41, Art. 1288; 2019, No. 7, Art. 212; 2022, No. 47, the Art. 2601) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine

1. "Officer" to add the subitem 54 after the word with words ", sergeant and foreman".

2. "Organizations of Ukraine" to add the subitem 55 after words with the words "and international organizations".

3. Add Item with subitem 60-1 of the following content:

"60-1) determines procedure for planning, the organization and management of office career of the military personnel of military service by the contract;".

4. State subitem 78-1 in the following edition:

"78-1) makes the decision on creation of subjects in the field of media, official printing publications according to the Law of Ukraine "On media";".

5. In subitem 80-1 of the word of "mass media" shall be replaced with words "subjects in the field of media".
