About the sizes of insurance premiums

Based on the paragraph of the thirty sixth No. 93 "About additional measures for ensuring stable functioning of economy" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts one of subitem 2.10 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 14, 2022

1. Change the sizes of insurance premiums on obligatory civil liability insurance of owners of vehicles in case of the conclusion of agreements of boundary insurance and agreements of internal insurance concerning the vehicles registered in the states with which authorized organizations the Belarusian bureau on transportation insurance does not sign agreements on cooperation, having established them in sizes according to appendix.

2. This resolution becomes effective in month after its official publication.
