About the Unified information system of accounting of the national program of informatization

According to the paragraph the eighth Item "About the National program of informatization" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides 2 parts one of article 5 of the Law of Ukraine:

1. Approve Regulations on the Unified information system of accounting of the National program of informatization which are applied.

2. Bring in the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget according to the Electronic control program, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of March 14, 2012 No. 236 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 23, Art. 881; 2019, No. 21, Art. 723, No. 84, Art. 5385; 2022, No. 39, the Art. 2102), the enclosed changes.

3. To provide to the ministry of digital transformation together with the state company "DEYSTVIYE" creation, upgrade and development, administration and ensuring functioning and implementation in operation of the Unified information system of accounting of the national program of informatization.

Regulations on the Unified information system of accounting of the national program of informatization

1. This Provision determines structure, the main objectives and functionality of the Unified information system of accounting of the national program of informatization (further - the Single system), regulates procedure for its functioning and use.
