Along with it, lack of the relevant standards in the field of promotion of electronic platforms and their services by means of forming of open digital ecosystem of electronic commerce, providing with electronic platforms, irrespective of pattern of ownership, departmental, industry accessory and territorial arrangement, equal use of client base and acceleration of rendering services to users of digital ecosystem remains urgent problem in the field of development of electronic commerce still.

For the purpose of support of activities of platforms in the field of electronic commerce and the accelerated development of settlement system in letters of credit in the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also according to the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 17, 2021 No. PP-14 "About enhancement of administration of electronic commerce and creating favorable conditions for its further development" the DECIDES: Cabinet of Ministers

1. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix providing:

a) determination of procedure for the organization of activities of operators of platforms of electronic commerce and digital ecosystem - information intermediaries;

b) determination of procedure for placement of information and implementation of purchases on the electronic cooperation portal of the Center of digital transformation under the Ministry of investments and foreign trade. At the same time:
