Based on part two of subitem 1.3 of Item 1, 2, of the paragraph of third Item 6 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 25, 2023 No. 297 "About the state accounting and operation of civil unmanned aerial vehicles" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: Item parts two

1. Approve:

The regulations on approval procedure on import of civil unmanned aerial vehicles and model aircrafts to the Republic of Belarus (are applied);

The regulations on monitoring procedure of the international mailings and goods following to the physical persons imported (imported) in Republic of Belarus with territory state members of the Eurasian Economic Union (are applied);

The regulations on procedure and conditions of transfer on storage of civil unmanned aerial vehicles and model aircrafts, about alienation by physical persons of civil unmanned aerial vehicles and model aircrafts (are applied).

2. Determine that:

2.1. the republican unitary enterprise of mail service "BELPOChTA" (further – RUP "BELPOChTA") places the single automated system of accounting and data storage about movement of mailings of the national operator of mail service (further, unless otherwise specified, – system of accounting and data storage) on resources of republican data-processing center or republican platform;
