About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 1, 2021 No. 59 "About the State program "Agrarian business" for 2021-2025":
in Item 3:
the paragraph third after words "decisions of the President of the Republic of Belarus" to add with words ", costs of the machinery and equipment *";
add part with the interlinear note of the following content:
"______________________________
* On condition of acquisition by legal entities within implementation of the investment project of the machinery and equipment, provided in the design estimates, according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 2, 2015 No. 146 "About financing of purchase of the modern machinery and equipment".";
in subitem 3.3:
to exclude from part one of the word "according to the legislation";
in paragraph three of part three of figure "3200" to replace with figures "4000";
add Item with subitem 3.6 of the following content:
"3.6. the construction of molochnotovarny farms (complexes) and pig-breeding complexes with rendering the state support * within the State program, agreements on which designing are signed since January 1, 2024, is performed with use:
the projects recommended for repeated application or standard (in case of their availability) with optimal technology solutions and technical and economic indicators, included in republican fund of the project documentation;
individual projects – in coordination with Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.

* For the purposes of this resolution are understood as the state support:
the credits of banks, "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company with provision at the expense of means republican and (or) local budgets of subsidies for interest payment (part of percent), budget transfers on compensation of part of capital costs according to investment projects;
the loans of banks on favorable terms granted according to decisions of the President of the Republic of Belarus;
the credits issued by banks with provision of guarantees for the Government of the Republic of Belarus, local executive and administrative organs;
the funds of local budgets allocated within regional investing programs.";
in Item 12:
to add paragraph two after the word of "persons" with words ", individual entrepreneurs";
to exclude paragraphs of the third and seventh;
in the State program "Agrarian business" for 2021-2025 approved by this resolution:
