Some questions of functioning of the State kartografo-geodetic fund of Ukraine (Extraction)

According to the paragraph to the fourth to part one of Article 7 and parts eleven, the twenty first article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "About land and cartographic activities" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

Procedure for receipt, accounting, storage and use of materials of the State kartografo-geodetic fund of Ukraine, their validation;

requirements to execution of the electronic document containing data on results of land and cartographic works in electronic (digital) form.

2. To public service concerning geodesy, cartography and the inventory till January 1, 2030 to take measures for transfer of land and cartographic materials which were contributed to the State kartografo-geodetic fund of Ukraine in analog form before entry into force of this resolution, in electronic (digital) form.

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
