About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 13, 2021 No. 269 and of September 24, 2021 No. 548
Based on part three of Article 12-1, of part four of article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 18, 1993 No. 2435-XII "About health care", No. 240 "About the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of managing" Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts one of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 25, 2021
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 13, 2021 No. 269 "About medical accreditation of the state organizations of health care":
"state" to exclude the word from the name;
state preamble in the following edition:
"Based on part three of Article 12-1, of part four of article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 18, 1993 "About health care" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 2435-XII";
"state" to exclude the word from Item 1;
add the resolution with Item 3 following of content:
"3. Determine that to the state organizations of health care subordinated to the Ministry of Health, local executive and administrative organs, not last repeatedly in accordance with the established procedure medical accreditation on compliance to basic criteria of medical accreditation allocation of financing from the republican or local budget the following financial year on current expenses stops (except for utilities) on rendering types of medical care on profiles of diseases, conditions, syndromes on which there is no certificate on compliance of the organization of health care to basic criteria of medical accreditation.";
to be reworded as follows appendix to this resolution it (is applied);

1.2. in the column "Name of Ministerial Procedure" of subitem 9.14.1 of Item 9.14 of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of the managing approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2021 No. 548:
after the word "health cares" to add the column with the word "basic";
add the column with words ", entering of changes into it".
2. This resolution becomes effective since February 2, 2024.
