Based on article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 10, 2012 "About the state innovative policy and innovative activities" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 425-Z

1. Approve:

The regulations on procedure for forming of the list of high-technology goods (are applied);

the list of high-technology goods (is attached).

2. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

2.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 6, 1998 No. 368 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure and conditions of the state stimulation of creation and use of objects of the right of industrial property":

to state the name of the resolution in the following edition:

"About approval of the Regulations on stimulation of creation and use of office objects of the right of industrial property";

state preamble in the following edition:

"Based on part one of subitem 1.7 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 7, 2009 No. 441 "About additional measures for stimulation of scientific, scientific and technical and innovative activities", parts three, the fourth and sixth Item 6 of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of April 13, 1995 No. 3725-XII "About patents for plant varieties", Item 5 of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 7, 1998 No. 214-Z "About legal protection of topology of integral chips", parts five of Item 3 of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 16, 2002 No. 160-Z "About patents for inventions, useful models, industrial designs", parts three of Article 35 and part two of article 37 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 10, 2012 No. 425-Z "About the state innovative policy and innovative activities" and for the purpose of stimulation of creation and use of office objects of the right of industrial property DECIDES: Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus";

state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. Approve Regulations on stimulation of creation and use of office objects of the right of industrial property it (is applied).";

in Regulations on the procedure and conditions of the state stimulation of creation and use of objects of the right of industrial property approved by this resolution:

to state the name of the Provision in the following edition:

"Regulations on stimulation of creation and use of office objects of the right of industrial property";

in the text of the Provision of the word "object of the right of industrial property" shall be replaced with words "office object of the right of industrial property" in the corresponding case and number;

state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1.
