About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 6, 2021 No. 700

For the purpose of ensuring protection of national interests of the Republic of Belarus and based on the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 30, 2021 "About application of special measures" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 128

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 6, 2021 No. 700 "About application of special measures concerning separate types of goods" the following changes:

1.1. add Item 3 with subitem 3.6 of the following content:

"3.6. the Republic of Belarus imported on the territory till April 1, 2024 classified by codes 0402, of 0811, of 0901, of 2008, of 2009, of 2202, of 2209, 6115 (except for the 6115th 10), 6904, the 8418th 10, the 8418th 21, 8418 29 000 0, the 8418th 30, the 8418th 40, 8418 50 and 8418 69 000 8th single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union and included in the list according to appendix 2, by country of source and (or) production (production) of which is the Republic of Lithuania.";

1.2. to be reworded as follows appendix 2 to this resolution it (is applied).

2. To the State Customs Committee, the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade together with the Ministry of Agriculture and Food and another interested to take measures for implementation of this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:
