About some questions of Export Insurance Company KazakhExport and Modification of Some Decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan joint-stock company
According to subitem 14-6) of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On regulation of trading activity" and Item 1 of article 180 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Rename joint-stock company "Export insurance company "KazakhExport" into "Export Credit Agency of Kazakhstan" joint-stock company (further - society).
2. Determine society Export credit agency of Kazakhstan.
3. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. To the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, joint-stock company "National managing holding "Bayterek" (under approval) and Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the measures following from this resolution.
5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
