About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

In pursuance of article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 21, 2023 "About change of the laws concerning security activities" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 302-Z

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 15, 2007 No. 601 "About some measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 8, 2006 "About security activities in the Republic of Belarus":

state the name in the following edition:

"About questions of implementation of security activities";

to state preamble and Item 1 in the following edition:

"Based on paragraphs of the sixth or tenth of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 8, 2006 "About security activities" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 175-Z

1. Approve:

The regulations on procedure of professional training of workers of the militarized protection (are applied);

Rules of carrying out personal inspection, examination of things and documents, examination of vehicles by the staff of special body of protection, (are attached) by workers of the militarized protection, workers of protection of the organizations which do not have rights of creation of the militarized protection.";

add the resolution with Item 1-1 of the following content:

"1-1. Establish:

the list of the diseases and physical defects interfering accomplishment of obligations of workers of the militarized protection according to appendix 1;

the list of the diseases and physical defects interfering accomplishment of obligations of workers of protection of the organizations which do not have rights of creation of the militarized protection according to appendix 2;

sample of the official ID of the worker of the militarized protection according to appendix 3;

the description of the official ID of the worker of the militarized protection according to appendix 4;

1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 11, 2012 No. 632 "About forms of standard agreements of rendering (accomplishment) security services (works)":

to exclude from preamble of the word "in the Republic of Belarus";

to add appendices 1-18, 20-28 to this resolution after the word "position" with the word of "employee";

1.3. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 20, 2012 No. 763 "About approval of Rules of protection of precious metals and gemstones in case of their transportation on the territory of the Republic of Belarus":

state the name in the following edition:

"About protection of precious metals and gemstones in case of their transportation on the territory of the Republic of Belarus";

state preamble in the following edition:

"Based on the paragraph of the eleventh of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 8, 2006 "About security activities" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 175-Z";

in Item 1:

exclude the word "enclosed";

add Item with the word "(are applied)";

in Rules of protection of the precious metals and gemstones in case of their transportation on the territory of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:

state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. These rules determine preservation scheme of precious metals and gemstones in case of their transportation by the territory of the Republic of Belarus.";
