1. Approve Rules of protection of precious metals and gemstones in case of their transportation on the territory of the Republic of Belarus (are applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective in three months after its official publication.

1. These rules determine preservation scheme of precious metals and gemstones in case of their transportation by the territory of the Republic of Belarus.
2. Action of these rules extends to the organizations performing protection of precious metals and gemstones in case of their transportation on the territory of the Republic of Belarus by road, water, railway or air transport (further, unless otherwise specified, - protection of precious metals and gemstones).
Action of these rules does not extend on:
the collection and (or) transportation of precious metals and gemstones performed by banks and the non-bank credit and financial organizations according to the legislation;
transportation of foreign diplomatic mail (consular bag) and diplomatic mail (consular bag) of the Republic of Belarus with investment of precious metals and gemstones;
