1. Approve:

The regulations on procedure of professional training of workers of the militarized protection (are applied);

Rules of carrying out personal inspection, examination of things and documents, examination of vehicles by the staff of special body of protection, (are attached) by workers of the militarized protection, workers of protection of the organizations which do not have rights of creation of the militarized protection.

1-1. Establish:

the list of the diseases and physical defects interfering accomplishment of obligations of workers of the militarized protection according to appendix 1;

the list of the diseases and physical defects interfering accomplishment of obligations of workers of protection of the organizations which do not have rights of creation of the militarized protection according to appendix 2;

sample of the official ID of the worker of the militarized protection according to appendix 3;

the description of the official ID of the worker of the militarized protection according to appendix 4;

sample of counter of the worker of the militarized protection according to appendix 5;

the description of counter of the worker of the militarized protection according to appendix 6.

Regulations on procedure of professional training of workers of the militarized protection

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. This Provision determines procedure of professional training of workers of the militarized protection of the organizations having rights of its creation (further if other is not determined, – workers of protection).

2. For the purposes of this provision terms and their determinations in the values established by the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About security activities" and also the following terms and their determinations are applied:

professional training of workers of protection – system of actions for training of workers of protection and to acquisition of practical skills of accomplishment of tasks by them according to functional obligations;

special training of workers of protection – performed in the organization having rights of creation of the militarized protection (further – the organization), training process, enhancement by workers of protection of professional knowledge, skills.

3. Professional training of workers of protection is performed continuously throughout all labor activity for the purpose of consecutive expansion and increasing knowledge in the field of security activities, acquisition and maintenance of the skills necessary for its implementation.

4. Professional training of workers of protection includes:

continuous professional training by professions of workers, positions of employees, except positions of heads and specialists, life-long professional education of leading employees and specialists, performed according to educational programs of additional education of adults according to the procedure, the determined legislation on education;

special training of workers of protection.

5. Responsibility for the organization and planning of professional training of workers of protection, and also control of completeness, quality and timeliness of its carrying out are assigned to the head of the organization.

Chapter 2. Special training of workers of protection

6. The procedure for the organization of special training of workers of protection is determined by the order of the head of the organization.

Tasks for academic year which duration for the purposes of this provision is established from January 1 to December 31 are provided in the order, structures of educational groups and their heads affirm, time, the venue of occupations, the workers of protection responsible for maintaining accounting and planned documentation are established.

For training in the absence of heads of educational groups and classes in separate subjects of special preparation deputy managers of educational groups are appointed.

7. Classes are given in special training of workers of protection by the leading and inspection (instructor) structure of divisions of the militarized protection.

Main types of classes in special training of workers of protection are lectures, seminar and practical training.
