About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 14, 2023 No. 40

In pursuance of subitem 6.1 of Item 6 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 14, 2023 "About cyber security" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 40

1. Determine:

the list of the organizations at which state bodies and other state organizations have the right to acquire services in ensuring cyber security using procurement procedure from one source, according to appendix 1;

the list of state bodies and other organizations which create the centers of ensuring cyber security and response to cyberincidents of objects of information infrastructure and (or) is acquired by services in ensuring cyber security at the organizations which created such centers according to appendix 2.

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication. The paragraph two of Item 1 of this resolution is effective within two years from the date of its introduction in force.
