Based on part eleven of Item 2-1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 14, 2022 No. 93 "About additional measures for ensuring stable functioning of economy", subitem 10.7 of Item 10 of the Regulations on the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2008 No. 228, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Determine form of calculation of collection for rendering of services for entrance and placement within the first days in specially established place for making of cargo operations and (or) peretsepka of one cargo vehicle or the tractor registered in state members of the European Union according to appendix.
3. Authorize Brest, Vitebsk and Grodno regional customs on registration of calculation of collection for rendering of services for entrance and placement within the first days in specially established place for making of cargo operations and (or) peretsepka of one cargo vehicle or the tractor registered in state members of the European Union according to their region of activities.
4. This resolution becomes effective since January 22, 2024.
