Financial provision of the expenses connected with lump sum payment, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution is performed within the budgetary appropriations of the federal budget provided to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation on the subsection "Protection of Family and Childhood" of the Section "Social policy" of classification of the budgets expenses transferred to the budget of Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since December 21, 2023.
