About approval of Changes in Storage precautions, protection, uses and disclosures of bank secrecy
According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 62, "About banks and banking activity" for the purpose of enhancement and reduction of the Procedure for storage, protection, use and disclosure of bank secrecy in compliance with requirements of the legislation of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides 62-2 Laws of Ukraine:
1. Approve Changes in Storage precautions, protection, uses and disclosures of bank secrecy approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 14, 2006 No. 267, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 3, 2006 at No. 935/12809 (with the enclosed changes).
2. To legal department (Alexander Zima) after official publication to inform banks of Ukraine information on adoption of this resolution.
3. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
