Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 28, 2022 No. 164 "Some questions of notariate in the conditions of warlike situation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 25, Art. 1250; 2023, No. 30, the Art. 1661) and of March 3, 2022 No. 187 "About ensuring protection of national interests in future claims of the state of Ukraine in connection with military aggression of the Russian Federation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 25, Art. 1272; 2023, No. 30, the Art. 1661, No. 93, the Art. 5474) the enclosed changes.

"the certificate of the transaction concerning alienation of shares, shares, shares in the authorized capital or other objects of the civil laws certifying participation in the legal entity created and registered according to the legislation of Ukraine and/or the authentication of the signature on the documents connected with such alienation in the presence of the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on approval of such alienation;".
