About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 28, 2022 No. 164 and of March 3, 2022 No. 187

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 28, 2022 No. 164 "Some questions of notariate in the conditions of warlike situation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 25, Art. 1250; 2023, No. 30, the Art. 1661) and of March 3, 2022 No. 187 "About ensuring protection of national interests in future claims of the state of Ukraine in connection with military aggression of the Russian Federation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 25, the Art. 1272, No. 37, Art. 1987; 2023, No. 30, the Art. 1661) the enclosed changes.

2. This resolution becomes effective in five days from the date of its official publication.

The changes made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 28, 2022 No. 164 and of March 3, 2022 No. 187

1. In the subitem 1 of Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 28, 2022 "the sixth - the ninth" shall be replaced with words word No. 164 "sixth and seventh".

2. In Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 3, 2022 No. 187:

1) in subitem 1:
