1. Insurers represent to the automated information system of insurance (further - insurance AIS) information which is available for them, stipulated in Item 1 article 33.11 of the Law of the Russian Federation of November 27, 1992 to No. 4015-I "About the organization of insurance case in the Russian Federation" (further respectively - information, the Law of the Russian Federation No. 4015-I), in the structure determined in appendices 1 - 4 to this Instruction.

2. Insurers shall represent to insurance AIS:

information specified in Items 1 - 9, subitems 11.1 - 11.7 Items 11 of appendix 1 to this Instruction, - in time, No. 40-FZ established by the paragraph third Item 7 of article 15 of the Federal Law of April 25, 2002 "About obligatory civil liability insurance of owners of vehicles" (further - the Federal Law No. 40-FZ);

information specified in Items 1 - 9, subitems 11.1 - 11.7 Items 11 of appendix 1 to this Instruction, in case of its change, and also in subitem 11.8 of Item 11 of appendix 1 to this Instruction, - in time, stipulated in Item the 9th article 15 of the Federal Law No. 40-FZ;

information specified in Item 10 of appendix 1 to this Instruction, - in time, established by paragraph one of Item 10 of article 15 of the Federal Law No. 40-FZ;

information specified in subitems 11.9 and 11.10 of Item 11 of appendix 1 to this Instruction, - no later than five working days from the date of its obtaining by the insurer or receipt by the insurer of data on change earlier transferred to them in AIS of insurance of information;

information specified in appendices 2 and 3 to this Instruction, - no later than one calendar day from the date of its obtaining by the insurer or receipt by the insurer of data on change earlier transferred to them in AIS of insurance of information;

information specified in appendix 4 to this Instruction, - no later than ten calendar days from the date of its obtaining by the insurer or receipt by the insurer of data on change earlier transferred to them in AIS of insurance of information.

3. Insurers provide in insurance AIS information by transfer to the operator of AIS of insurance of the electronic messages signed by the strengthened qualified digital signature according to the requirements established by the Federal Law of April 6, 2011 No. 63-FZ "About the digital signature" with use of AIS of insurance providing interaction and insurers of complex of software and hardware, applied program interfaces, means of structural and logical control, technical, technological and operational means (further - electronic messages).

4. By means of use by the insurer of forms and formats of electronic messages shall be provided:

completeness, reliability and consistency of information containing in electronic messages;

integrity of the transmitted data containing in electronic messages;

possibility of transfer by the insurer of information containing in electronic messages, in the form and format conforming to requirements of rules of implementation of activities of the operator of AIS of insurance, the stipulated in Article 33.14 Laws of the Russian Federation No. 4015-I.

5. By means of use of forms of electronic messages by the insurer the possibility of transfer by the insurer of information containing in electronic messages as a part of information provided by appendices 1 - 4 to this Instruction shall be provided.

6. Insurers shall fill forms of electronic messages in the following procedure:

forms of electronic messages are filled by introduction in them of information provided by appendices 1 - 4 to this Instruction;

information on money specified in forms of electronic messages is entered in rubles to within two signs after comma;

the forms of electronic messages containing data on real estate or the vehicles which are objects of insurance or objects of property in connection with which insurance of valuable interests is performed are filled by introduction in them of data on such real estate or the vehicles containing respectively in the Single state real estate register <1>, the state register of vehicles <1> or federal state information system of accounting and registration of tractors, self-propelled machines and trail cars to them <2>;
