About modification of the Procedure for issue of certificates on safe transportation of radioactive materials
According to articles 8 and 24 of the Law of Ukraine "About use of nuclear energy and radiation safety", the subitem 7 of item 4 of the Regulations on the State inspection of the nuclear regulation of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 363, I ORDER:
1. In heading and Item 1 of the order of the State committee of nuclear regulation of Ukraine of September 06, 2007 No. 119 "About approval of the Procedure for issue of certificates on safe transportation of radioactive materials", the word of "rather safe transportation of radioactive materials" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 20, 2007 at No. 1079/14346, shall be replaced with words "about approval in case of transportation of radioactive materials".
2. Make changes to the Procedure for issue of certificates on safe transportation of radioactive materials, the State committee of nuclear regulation of Ukraine approved by the order of September 06, 2007 No. 119, registered on September 20, 2007 at No. 1079/14346, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. (Natalya RYBALKA) to provide to department on safety of radiation technologies and the address from Russian joint stock company submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
