About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 7, 2022 No. 220

Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 7, 2022 No. 220 "Question of provision of humanitarian and other assistance to the civilian population in the conditions of warlike situation in Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 25, Art. 1307; 2023, No. 29, the Art. 1615) the enclosed changes.

1. In the resolution:
Item 1-1 after the word "Procedure" to add 1) with the words "use of funds from the account for";
2) in Item 2:
in subitem 1 of the word", as charitable gift, the humanitarian assistance, grants and gifts" shall be replaced with words residents and nonresidents "private law and/or the public law as voluntary contributions (charitable gifts)";
in subitem 2 of the word", as charitable gift, the humanitarian assistance, grants and gifts, according to the procedure, established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words residents and nonresidents "private law and/or the public law as voluntary contributions (charitable gifts) according to the Procedure approved by this resolution".
