About cancellation of some international treaties of Ukraine concerning boundary and interregional cooperation with the Republic of Belarus
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Due to the basic change of circumstances to terminate:
Agreements between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on cooperation of the border areas of Ukraine and the Republic of Belarus made on May 12, 1997 in Kiev;
The agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on interregional and boundary cooperation between Ukraine and the Republic of Belarus made on May 22, 2013 in Kiev.
2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs report in accordance with the established procedure to the Government of the Republic of Belarus about cancellation of the international treaties of Ukraine specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
