About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures of the state support of development of preschool education" of August 14, 2023 No. 415
For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About education", according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures of the state support of development of preschool education" of August 14, 2023 No. 415 the following changes:
"Commercial banks" shall be replaced with words 1) in the subitem 2 of Item 3 of the word "open joint stock companies "RSK Bank", "Ayyl Bank", "Keremet Bank" (further - banks)";
"Commercial banks" to replace 2) in the subitem 2 of item 4 of the word with the word "banks";
The "Preferential Crediting for Development of Preschool Education" project approved by the above-stated resolution to state 3) in edition according to appendix to this resolution.
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
