About modification and amendments in Regulations on order of registration and licensing of activities of credit bureaus

According to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan", "About exchange of credit information" and "About licensing, allowing and notifying procedures", and also the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 24, 2020 the No. UP-6044 "About Measures for Cardinal Enhancement of Licensed and Allowing Procedures" Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan DECIDES:

1. Make changes and additions to the Regulations on order of registration and licensing of activities of credit bureaus approved by the resolution of Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 28, 2018 No. 16/23 (reg. No. 3042 of July 25, 2018) (The national database of the legislation, 25.07.2018, No. 10/18/3042/1573), according to appendix.

2. This resolution is approved with the Ministry of development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
