About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 28, 2022 No. 168

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 28, 2022 No. 168 "Question of some payments to the military personnel, faces of the private and the commanding structure, to police and their families during action of warlike situation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 25, the Art. 1253, No. 58, Art. 3463; 2023, No. 79, the Art. 4481) the enclosed changes.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is applied since April 1, 2024.

1. To add Item 1 after paragraph one with the new paragraph of the following content:
"To company strong point inclusive, and also in the territory of Ukraine which is temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation, in the territory between line items of forces of defense and line items of troops of the state aggressor in areas of conducting the military (fighting) operations, for each 30 days which are (totally estimated) of accomplishment of such tasks in addition to the extra fee determined by paragraph one of this Item one-time remuneration in the amount of 70000 hryvnias is paid to the police officers who is carrying out fighting (special) tasks during conducting fighting (special) actions on the line of fighting collision with the opponent at distance of accomplishment of fighting (special) tasks by military unit (division, in particular summary) of the first echelon of defense or approach (counterattack, counterattack).".
