1. Make changes and additions to the Instruction about procedure for maintaining service records approved by the Ministry of Labour and the Ministry of Social Welfare of the Republic of Uzbekistan on January 7, 1998 of N№8/04-01, 32/01 (рег. No. 402 of January 29, 1998), according to appendix.
2. This order is approved with the Ministry of Economics and finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Federation of trade unions of Uzbekistan.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
