1. Approve:
1) Regulations on Fonda of science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;
2) Regulations on procedure for realization of basic, program and target and grant financing of scientific and scientific and technical activities according to appendix 2;
3) Regulations on procedure for the organization and conducting independent scientific and scientific and technical examination according to appendix 3.
2. To the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic together with the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic to carry out work on entering of corresponding changes into departmental and functional classifications.
