1. Make changes to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix providing:
implementation of electronic online biddings instead of open electronic tender by provision of the parcels of land of agricultural purpose;
enhancement of procedure for provision in lease of the parcels of land in special economic zones, and also for large investment projects.
2. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.

1. In paragraph three of the subitem "an" of Item 14 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 2, 2020 shall be replaced with words No. UP-6059 "About Measures for Further Development of Silkworm Breeding and Karakul Breeding in the Republic of Uzbekistan" of the word of "tender" "electronic online biddings".
