About approval of Changes in Regulations on movement of funds of single fee for obligatory national social insurance

According to the Law of Ukraine of September 21, 2022 "About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance" and the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance" and the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER to No. 2620-IX:

1. Approve Changes in Regulations on movement of funds of the single fee for obligatory national social insurance approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of February 12, 2016 No. 54, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 02, 2016 at No. 330/28460, which are applied.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of forecasting of budget receipts of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine Ulyutin D. V., the Chairman of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine and the Chairman of the Public treasurer service of Ukraine Slyuz T. Ya.
