Determine that effective implementation of the requirements and mechanisms established by the Law in state bodies and the organizations, ensuring protection of the rights and interests of employees in this process, and also carrying out necessary explanatory work among them is assigned to the first heads of state bodies and organizations.
2. Approve the republican interdepartmental commission on coordination of works on the organization of execution of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About conflict of interest" (further - the Republican interdepartmental commission) in structure according to appendix No. 1.
