1. Accept the offer of consolidation of legal entities "National union of sustainable development of ESG" about transfer to republican state-owned property of 100 (hundred) percent of the block of shares of Climate Action Company Limited private company (further - private company) according to the gift agreement.

2. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) to perform the necessary actions following from Item 1 of this resolution;

2) to provide assignment of rights of ownership and use of the state blocks of shares of private company to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the measures following from this resolution.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
