According to the procedure of approval of decisions on the assignment of academic statuses approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 19, 2015 No. 656 "Some questions of implementation of article 54 of the Law of Ukraine "On the higher education" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 73, Art. 2401; 2018, No. 36, Art. 1271):
