About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 27, 2022 No. 634

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 27, 2022 No. 634 "About features of lease of the state-owned and utility property in the period of warlike situation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 46, Art. 2528; 2023, No. 38, the Art. 2009) the enclosed changes.
2. Determine that charge of the rent to lessees, certain subitem 1-1 of Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 27, 2022 No. 634 "About features of lease of the state-owned and utility property in the period of warlike situation", is performed taking into account the changes approved by this resolution since January 1, 2024. The rent which is excessively paid by the specified lessees is subject to transfer on account of future payments.
