3. Repeal the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 13, 2003 No. 307 "Questions of advisory council of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning support and development of small and medium entrepreneurship".
4. This order becomes effective from the date of signing.
