According to Item 3 of Article 82, Items 3 and 4 of Article 118, Item 20 of Article 120, Items 12 and 15 of Article 124, and also item 4 of Article 125 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union the Board of the Eurasian economic commission SOLVED:

1. Bring in the Procedure for making of the customs transactions connected with release of goods, refusal in release of goods and cancellation of release of goods, execution of decisions on suspension of term of release of goods, prolongation of term of such suspension and about their cancellation, and also notifications on adoption of such decisions, approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of December 19, 2017 No. 188, of change according to appendix.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication, except for the subitem "b" of Item of 2 changes (appendix to this Decision) which becomes effective since April 1, 2025.
