According to Item 9 of the Regulations on state registration of disinfectants approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 15, 2023 No. 863, of Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 24, 2020 to No. 90), I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for authorization of the companies, organizations, organizations on carrying out researches of specific activity, safety, quality (efficiency) of disinfectant and testing in practice for needs of state registration of the added disinfectants.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of November 6, 2006 No. 739 "About the organization of work on state registration (re-registration) of disinfectants, references of foodstuff to category of foodstuff of special dietary consumption, functional foodstuff and dietary additives and carrying out their state registration", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 17, 2006 at No. 1213/13087.

3. To provide to pharmaceutical management (Taras Lyaskovsky):

1) submission of this order in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
