About modification of the Procedure for receipt of the certificate of the right of work with pesticides

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Procedure for receipt of the certificate of the right of work with pesticides approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 9, 2023 No. 458 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2023, No. 50, the Art. 2793), the enclosed changes.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for receipt of the certificate of the right of work with pesticides

1. To add Item 1 after the words "certificate of the right of work with pesticides" with words "(further - the certificate)".

2. In Item 3:

Paragraphs the third or fifth to exclude 1);

In paragraph seven of the word "and" about protection of plants "shall be replaced with words" 2), "About protection of plants", "About ministerial procedure", "About electronic communications".

3. To add item 4 after words of "the certificate on training" with the words "concerning safe handling of pesticides (further-the certificate on training)".
