Bring in the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for support of regional policy, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of November 16, 2016 No. 827 "Some questions of financing of programs and projects of regional development" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 92, Art. 3001; 2020, No. 16, the Art. 624, No. 69, the Art. 2222), the enclosed changes.

1. Add Item 3 with the subitem 10 of the following content:
"10) project implementations, actions for recovery and overcoming effects of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation directed to implementation against Ukraine.
Financing of the projects specified in this subitem directed to implementation of actions for recovery and overcoming effects of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine is performed based on the legal decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine made according to offers of the central executive bodies, regional, Kiev city the state administrations.
Distribution of budgetary funds on the specified projects affirms the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.".
