The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
Approve the Procedure for provision of financial state support (by compensation of part of the main amount of debt on the credit) to physical persons which are identified in own households by the generating installations developing electrical energy from alternative sources of the enclosed energy.

1. This Procedure determines conditions, criteria and procedure for granting of financial state support to physical persons which are identified in own households by the generating installations developing electrical energy from alternative energy sources (further - physical persons), by reduction in cost of cost of the credits (further - the state support).
The state support is provided for the purpose of reduction in cost of cost of the loans attracted for acquisition and installation of photo-electric modules and/or wind electroinstallations, installed capacity from 1 kW to 10 kW together with hybrid inverters which are capable to work both in autonomous, and in the mode, synchronous with external network, and energy storage installations as reservoir from 1 kW • h for each 1 kW of installed capacity of the generating installation (further - hybrid utility power system).
