The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Introduce in the Procedure for provision of financial state support to physical persons which are identified in own households by the generating installations developing electrical energy from alternative energy sources, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of June 7, 2024 No. 673 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2024, No. 58, the Art. 3424), - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 28, 2024 No. 766, the enclosed changes.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for provision of financial state support to physical persons which are identified in own households by the generating installations developing electrical energy from alternative energy sources

1. In Item 6:

Paragraph two to state 1) in the following edition:

"Compensation of percent is provided to one physical person according to one credit agreement on acquisition and establishment of hybrid utility power system in own private household with real estate object (except the parcels of land) which total area cannot exceed 250 sq.m, and one personal account of the residential customer of electrical energy on such real estate object.";
