Bring in the Procedure for use of the means provided in the Government budget according to the "Provision of Soft Mortgage Loans to Internally Displaced Persons" program and the Procedure for preferential mortgage lending of internally displaced persons at the expense of the means of grant provided by credit institute for recovery (KfW), approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 28, 2021 No. 451 "Question of provision of soft mortgage loans to internally displaced persons at the expense of the means of grant provided by credit institute for recovery (KfW)" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 39, Art. 2326; 2024, No. 17, the Art. 1095), the enclosed changes.
