In pursuance of article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of March 7, 2024 "About change of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About state regulation of trade and public catering" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 358-Z

1. Make changes to resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.

2. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:

paragraphs of the twenty second and twenty sixth of item 4 of appendix – in six months after official publication of this resolution;

other provisions of this resolution – since July 11, 2024.

The list of the changes made to resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. In the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 2, 2004 No. 1537 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for production and turnover of dietary supplements to food":

state the name in the following edition:

"About procedure for turnover of dietary supplements to food and places of their realization";

to state preamble and Item 1 in the following edition:

"Based on the paragraph of the eighth No. 217-Z "About quality and safety of food staples and foodstuff for life and health of the person" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts one of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2003

state the name in the following edition:

"About sale of separate types of the goods, implementation of public catering and procedure for development, approval and approval of the inventory obligatory to availability for realization in the shopping facility";

in word preamble of "part one of Item 1 and item 4 of Article 18" shall be replaced with words "Items 1 and 2 of Article 18 and subitem 5.2 of Item 5 of Article 19";

third Item 1 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"CHAPTER 13. FEATURES OF SALE OF PYROTECHNIC PRODUCTS OF HOUSEHOLD PURPOSE

100. Sale of pyrotechnic products of household purpose is allowed:

I and II classes of danger – in shops, pavilions, booths;

IIIa of subclass and III class of danger – in specialized shops selling pyrotechnic products;

when implementing remote trade according to the procedure established by the Rules of sales of goods when implementing remote trade approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 15, 2009 No. 31.

Pyrotechnic products of household purpose to shopping facilities of the seller it shall be transported taking into account requirements of acts of the legislation in the field of transportation of dangerous goods.

101. The arrangement of rooms in which sale of pyrotechnic products of household purpose is performed shall not create obstacles for evacuation of people in case of emergency situations.

Shopping facilities in which sale of pyrotechnic products of household purpose is performed shall be equipped with system of fire automatic equipment and emergency firefighting equipment, and also technical means of manual systems of the alarming alarm system, control of which is exercised by divisions of Department of protection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Sale of pyrotechnic products of household purpose in the shopping facilities located in basement stores of capital structures (buildings, constructions), and also entering into complex of gas stations is not allowed.

102. In case of sale of pyrotechnic products of household purpose the calculation in case of which the buyer has no direct access to these products is used.

Sale of pyrotechnic products of household purpose without instruction for their application and not in packaging of the manufacturer is forbidden.

103. Storage of pyrotechnic products of household purpose is performed in metal cases (safes) with thickness of walls at least 3 mm and safe internal locks (at least two).

It is not allowed to store jointly in one metal case (safe) ammunition and pyrotechnic products of household purpose, gunpowder with caps or the equipped cartridges.
