About some questions of the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan
According to the subitem 4) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Reorganize non-commercial joint-stock company "Taraz regional university of M. H. Dulati" by separation into non-commercial joint-stock company "Taraz university of M. H. Dulati" (further – the NAO "Container") and non-commercial joint-stock company "Kazakh National University of Water Economy and Irrigation" (further – the NAO "KAZNUVKHI") with absolute participation of the state in their authorized capital.
2. Determine the main objects of activity of the NAO "Container" and the NAO of "KAZNUVKHI" rendering educational services in the field of the higher, postgraduate and additional education, carrying out basic and applied researches.
3. To the ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take all necessary measures following from this resolution.
4. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
