About requirements to the notification provided in regulating authority of natural monopolies
Based on the paragraph of the thirty sixth of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 16, 2002 No. 162-Z "About natural monopolies", subitem 6.49 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of the anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 6, 2016 No. 702, the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Determine that:
the notification on transaction, article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus specified in part one "About natural monopolies", is submitted in the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of form according to appendix 1;
the notification on transaction, article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus specified in part two "About natural monopolies", is submitted in the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of form according to appendix 2.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of April 3, 2020 No. 25 "About requirements to the petition, documents and (or) data, the notification".
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
