In Item 5 of the Procedure for the provision of information by the Pension fund of Ukraine on requests of bodies of the public executive service and private contractors approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of December 7, 2016 No. 3596/5, the resolution of Board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of December 07, 2016 No. 28-1, of the word "About Electronic Confidential Services" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 13, 2016 at No. 1607/29737, shall be replaced with words "About electronic identification and electronic confidential services".

2. To legal department (Ryabtseva T.) submit this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
