Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2010 No. 1257 "About approval of the Procedure for release, the address and repayment of tax anticipation bills, avalized bank (tax receipts) issued before obtaining from excise composition of ethyl alcohol of not denatured, ethyl alcohol, the separate types of products used by subjects of managing for the production denatured (technical) and bioethanol" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 5, Art. 244; 2013, No. 11, Art. 416; 2019, No. 54, the Art. 1878) the enclosed changes.

1. In the name and Item 1 of the resolution of the word" (technical) and bioethanol" shall be replaced with words "(technical), bioethanol and ethyl alcohol - raw".

According to the procedure of release, the address and repayment of tax anticipation bills, avalized bank (tax receipts) issued to obtaining from excise composition of ethyl alcohol of the not denatured, ethyl alcohol denatured (technical) and bioethanol, the separate types of products used by subjects of managing for production, approved by the specified resolution:
