About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 28, 2023 No. 970
Based on part two of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 25, 2023 "About the state accounting and operation of civil unmanned aerial vehicles" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 297
1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 28, 2023 No. 970 "About questions of import and transfer on storage of civil unmanned aerial vehicles and model aircrafts" the following changes:
in paragraph three of Item 3 and paragraph one of item 4 of the word of "July, 2024" shall be replaced with words "January, 2025";
in Item 3 of the Regulations on monitoring procedure of the international mailings and goods following to the physical persons imported (imported) in Republic of Belarus with territory state members of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by this resolution:
in paragraph four of the word "June 30" shall be replaced with words "on December 31";
in paragraph five of the word of "July, 2024" shall be replaced with words "January, 2025".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
