Article 1

Bring in the Law of the Russian Federation of February 7, 1992 No. 2300-I "About consumer protection" (in edition of the Federal Law of January 9, 1996 No. 2-FZ) (Sheets of the Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation, 1992, No. 15, Art. 766; Russian Federation Code, 1996, No. 3, Art. 140; 2004, No. 52, Art. 5275; 2011, No. 30, Art. 4590; 2012, No. 26, Art. 3446; 2015, No. 29, Art. 4359; 2019, No. 12, Art. 1228; 2021, No. 24, Art. 4188) following changes:

Shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 1 of Article 11 of the word of "executive bodies of subjects" "executive bodies of subjects";

2) in Article 42.1:

a) in the name of the word of "the supreme executive bodies of the government" shall be replaced with words "the supreme executive bodies";

b) in Item 1 of the word "The Supreme Executive Body of the Government" shall be replaced with words "The supreme executive body";

c) in Item 2 of the word "executive bodies of subjects" shall be replaced with words "executive bodies of subjects";

Article 42.2 to state 3) in the following edition:

"Article 42.2. Transfer of implementation of powers of state supervision body to executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation

Powers of state supervision body on implementation of federal state supervision in the field of consumer protection can be delegated for implementation to executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation by orders of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the procedure, No. 414-FZ established by the Federal Law of December 21, 2021 "About the general principles of the organization of the public power in subjects of the Russian Federation".";

4) in Article 42.3:

a) in Item 1 of the word "executive body of the subject" shall be replaced with words "executive body of the subject";

b) in Item 2 of the word of "executive body of the subject" shall be replaced with words "executive body of the subject";
